Terms of Use
Last updated: 21 August 2026 · Applies to https://tuneinnow.pro/
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to https://tuneinnow.pro/ (the “Site”) operated by TuneInNow (“we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. The Site publishes independent listening notes about the podcast Life in SG : Real Talk and provides a clear link so you can listen on Spotify. The Site is a website. It is not the podcast file, not a Spotify product, and not professional counselling.
1. Who we are and how to reach us
TuneInNow, 1 Rodyk Street, #02-19, Singapore 238215. Email [email protected]. Telephone +65 6338 7291. Hours: Mon–Fri 10:00–18:30 SGT · Sat 11:00–15:00 SGT. The legal pages, the footer, and the contact page are the identity block for visitors and for advertising review: trading name, street address, telephone, and email.
2. What the Site is
The Site offers editorial notes on Life in SG : Real Talk, lifestyle essays about ordinary Singapore settings, frequently asked questions, a contact form, and a map. Ratings on the homepage are our opinions. They are not a scientific poll and not a promise that you will enjoy an episode. We may update notes when we relisten. We may be slower than Spotify’s catalogue. Spotify is the catalogue.
3. What the Site is not
The Site is not an official page of the show’s producers. It is not affiliated with Spotify. It is not a download store. It is not therapy, human resources advice, or legal advice. A segment about not pointing out other people’s problems is conversation, not a workplace policy. If you need professional help, look for a professional; do not treat a podcast note as a diagnosis.
4. Listening happens on Spotify
Audio playback is provided by Spotify at https://open.spotify.com/show/36FYDdznXpkdVKjwspeakP. When you click Listen on Spotify you leave the Site. Spotify’s terms, community rules, and privacy statement apply there. Spotify may require an account, may show advertisements, and may offer paid subscriptions. We do not receive those payments. We do not control outages on Spotify. If an embed fails, the text link still stands. A failed embed is not a licence to scrape our pages or to demand a file from us.
5. Intellectual property
The words on this Site, the arrangement of pages, and the photographs we commissioned for lifestyle illustration are ours unless a credit says otherwise. You may quote short passages with a link for criticism or review. You may not copy the Site as a competing ads landing page, wrap our text in another domain, or present our notes as the official show bible. The podcast’s name, cover art, and audio belong to their owners. Spotify’s name and marks belong to Spotify. We use “Listen on Spotify” as a factual label for a destination, not as a claim that we are Spotify.
6. Acceptable use
You may not attack the Site, scrape it in a way that degrades service, inject scripts, or use the contact form to send spam. You may not impersonate the desk. You may not upload malware as an attachment in email or as a form field. We may block addresses that abuse the mailbox or the form. We may ignore mail that is only advertising for unrelated services.
7. Advertising, Google Ads, and honesty
The landing content matches the show named on the homepage: Life in SG : Real Talk. The listen path is visible and functional, contact details are real, and legal pages exist. We do not promise miracle results or exclusive files that are not on the Site. If a platform asks for a path to Privacy and contact information, those paths are in the footer of every page.
8. Third-party links and embeds
Links to Spotify and Google Maps are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for those services’ availability, their ads, or their account rules. An embed is still their content. If you do not want third-party cookies, use the text links and adjust your browser. Our Cookies Policy explains the difference between our preference cookie and theirs.
9. No warranties
The Site is provided as is. We work to keep links accurate and pages readable without JavaScript, but we do not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free text, or that a note will match your memory of an episode. Singapore English spelling and local phrasing are intentional. We do not warrant that the show will remain on Spotify forever. Catalogues move.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent Singapore law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from listening to a third-party podcast, from relying on conversational advice in an episode, from Spotify account issues, or from downtime. We are responsible for our own pages being a good-faith description of a show we actually named. We are not responsible for a quarrel at your dinner table after you apply a podcast slogan too bluntly. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where that rule applies.
11. Indemnity
If you misuse the Site, scrape it into a misleading clone, or use our marks to imply an official tie we do not have, you will cover the reasonable costs we incur to stop that misuse, including legal fees where a court allows.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. The date at the top will change. If you continue to use the Site after an update, the new Terms apply to later visits. If you do not agree, stop using the Site. Printed copies are not required; the live page is the current text.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Courts in Singapore have jurisdiction, without limiting any consumer right that a mandatory law gives you in your home place if you are visiting as a consumer. We prefer to solve complaints by email before anyone files anything.
14. Accessibility and language
Pages are written so that the main text can be read with JavaScript turned off. Skip links, headings, and alternative text on photographs are part of that work. Colour contrast on the Listen on Spotify control is deliberately high because a pale listen button is, for practical purposes, a broken button. If a control fails keyboard focus or a photograph lacks a useful description, email us with the URL. We write in Singapore English. That is a language choice, not an error.
15. Corrections
If a note misstates a theme, a title, or a listen URL, tell us by form or email. We will check the Spotify listing and amend the page. We will not rewrite an episode. A correction is an editorial act, not an admission that the show itself was wrong.
16. Contact
